All you need to do to ensure your Power Bank works with a case on is to use one of our Magnetic Stickers (provided in the package bundle) and stick it to the lower mid back of your phone or case and you'll be able to charge your phone even with the case ON! (Case must be under 6mm in thickness for the Power Bank to work at its best).

This is why we highly suggest buying our bundle package, as you receive all the additional products needed for your Power Bank to work effortlessly.
