Tanzanite Pavé Bangle Bracelet in Sterling Silver

Previously owned sterling silver hinged bangle bracelet set with 52 oval tanzanite faceted stones. It is estimated to be about 15 carats. I do not have the original paperwork that came with it. It is marked 925 and STS which I think it was sold on a TV jewelry channel originally. 

It measures 1/2" wide. The interior circumference is 7" and it is oval in shape. Weight: 23.1  grams. Clean and in excellent condition. I believe the the silver is plated with rhodium as there is no tarnished and it looks like white gold. I tested the stones with a Presidium gem tester and they tested on the low end of tanzanite, but out of the glass range.
